Acceptable Use Policy

Fireboost Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Effective Date: April 13, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of Fireboost.io’s services (“Services”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Fireboost Terms of Use and constitutes Supplemental Terms. Any violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Use. All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

  1. CUSTOMER CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS By using Fireboost, you agree to:
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, and export control laws.
  • Use the Services responsibly, professionally, and legally.
  • Be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to act on behalf of any represented entity.
  • Provide and maintain accurate contact and registration information.
  1. PROHIBITED USES You may not use the Services to:
  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Breach, probe, or test the vulnerability of Fireboost’s systems or security mechanisms.
  • Circumvent authentication or access controls.
  • Engage in unauthorized access or use of accounts, networks, or systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Services.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) that interfere with normal Service operations.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Facilitate or participate in illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or trafficking.
  • Mine or generate cryptocurrency.
  • Store or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Host or transmit Restricted Data (including but not limited to PHI, government IDs, financial data, or sensitive personal data) unless explicitly authorized by Fireboost in writing.
  • Operate nuclear facilities, air traffic control, life support systems, or other high-risk uses.
  1. PROHIBITED CONTENT Content hosted or transmitted through Fireboost may not include:
  • Hate speech, threats, or harassment.
  • Violence, incitement to violence, or graphic violence.
  • Sexual exploitation or sexually explicit material.
  • Misinformation that could result in real-world harm (e.g., disinformation regarding elections, health, or safety).
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations.
  1. PLATFORM INTEGRITY AND SECURITY You may not:
  • Degrade, overload, or harm Fireboost’s systems or infrastructure.
  • Disrupt Fireboost’s operations or the use of its Services by others.
  • Benchmark or publicly disclose performance metrics without prior written consent.
  • Use the Services to gain unauthorized access to Fireboost systems or user data.
  1. ENFORCEMENT Violations of this AUP may result in:
  • Removal or modification of prohibited content.
  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Legal action where appropriate.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

Fireboost reserves the right to monitor use of its Services and investigate suspected violations. Decisions to remove content or terminate accounts are at Fireboost’s sole discretion.

  1. REMEDIATION & NOTICE Customers violating this AUP will be notified when feasible and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation, unless the violation poses a security risk or is illegal. In urgent cases, Fireboost may take immediate action without notice.
  2. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY Fireboost may modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notice. Continued use of the Services following notice constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
